This collection is operated by Proud Investments MB, company code 305868434. Contact info@proudnations.com. Purchase enquiries are not orders. The complete seller address, final price, tax treatment, payment route and delivery timing are supplied in the written quote before any order is accepted.

Digital products

Files are delivered through a private expiring download after payment is independently verified. The quoted package and compatible formats are confirmed before payment. These products are in English. No physical products or frames are supplied by the digital listings. You may use the templates in your own business and print artwork for your own home. Resale or redistribution of the blank files or commercial merchandise production from the artwork is not included.

File support

If a file is missing, corrupt or does not match the agreed description, contact us with your order reference and the affected filename. We investigate and provide a corrected file or an appropriate remedy. Consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancel an order

To withdraw from a purchase, email info@proudnations.com with your name, order reference, order date and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Start an order withdrawal by email. Online consumer purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. For digital content, immediate delivery is provided only after your separate express consent and acknowledgement of losing that withdrawal right once supply starts, where applicable. We record that consent and confirm it in writing. If you do not request immediate delivery, we agree delivery after the withdrawal period. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed content remain.

Physical products

Physical poster ordering is not open. Before opening, listings will identify the exact manufacturer/production partner, product information, safety/contact details where required, shipping prices, destinations, realistic timing, and returns address. Made-to-order production alone will not be described as eliminating statutory return rights.
